The best dress of the night was Miss Black USA - the dress was fire down the red carpet and so was her attitude very confident and regal
Everybody and their mama gave shout outs to the Obama's including Tyler Perry who looked oh so fine in textures of black
Will Smith, Omar Epps and Diddy worked the tuxes
